All students that volunteer to take part in the organization of events are members of the PhD/Postdoc Committee. They organize all activities.
At the end of every year, PhD/Postdoc Committee redistributes the organization of the different activities and elects two coordinators.
The coordinators of the PhD/Postdoc Community organize regular meetings, manage the finances, communicate with the managing board, the administration and the Betriebsrat of the MPIbpc. Furthermore, the coordinators inform all PhD students and Postdocs about upcoming events and important regulations.
To distribute or gather information, the PhD/Postdoc Community aims to include at least two departmental representatives. They should be chosen yearly by the PhD students and Postdocs of every department.
