The Goettingen Research Campus is a local network of scientific institutions in the Göttingen area that has been steadily expanding over the last twenty years. Along with the University of Göttingen, members include the Göttingen Academy of Sciences and Humanities, the German Aerospace Center, the German Primate Center, the Laser Laboratorium Göttingen, and the Max Planck Institutes for Biophysical Chemistry, for Dynamics and Self-Organization, for Experimental Medicine, for Solar System Research and for the Study of Religious and Ethnic Diversity.
