Current reports about research carried out at the MPI for Biophysical Chemistry can be found in the Annual Report of the Max Planck Society (in German) and in the Science Magazine MaxPlanckResearch, also published by the Max Planck Society. Since 1995, the institute publishes a monthly Newsletter, the MPIbpc News, which includes scientific reports from the individual departments and research groups. This newsletter is mainly intended for employees of the institute and distributed only internally.

An annual newsletter, the MPIbpc Alumni News, keeps former institute members informed about current research activities, events, and new developments.
