BMBF Project (Functional proteomics of molecular machines involved in RNA processing and translation)
The proteins of the cell are associated one to each other and to other molecules, such as the messenger RNA. Our cooperation focuses on the relations between proteins and RNA in the cell as well as on the changes these relations undergo under different cellular conditions. (R. Lührmann, H. Stark, R. Rivera-Pomar)
