Installation:

Install pymacs

Download tconcoord.py

Start PyMOL -> Plugins -> Install Plugins -> select tconcoord.py

(If you don't use a distutils-based PyMOL installation, copy the pymacs directory to /path-to-pymol/pymol-x.x/modules/pmg_tk/startup/ )
