Main Focus

My research interest lies in describing and understanding biological systems (Language Preferred-Mathematics). Good guess, I’m in mathematical modeling. During my bachelor’s degree, my training was purely focused on microbiology and molecular biology but I felt biology is way too complex to be handled purely with core biological viewpoints. So, in my master’s program, I started focusing on the application of mathematics in biological research and worked on transmission dynamics of viruses and biochemical mathematical models.

My current project focuses on developing a mechanistic model for APP (Antigen Processing and Presentation) pathway.
